RM 7 for a RM 3 spot ???

Parking near Taman Jaya LRT ( next to Amcorp Mall )

BIT INFRA (M) Sdn Bhd parking lot.


Guess this parking attendant thought he could mess with the rates when I drove in to park at the open-air car park opposite Taman Jaya LRT.

8pm. 4th April.2012

I was contemplating: should I park at Amcorp's open air car park for RM4 after 6pm, or the one next door ? As I needed to take the LRT.

Says on their signboard, very CLEARLY - After 6pm- RM3

So I drove in, park at the spot, this malay staff in his 30s or 40s.. asked me how long I was going to park. I said ~  I'll be back before 12pm. ( does it even matter ? )

"OH tak boleh Ohhh.. itu macam , mesti tambah 5 ringgit" 
Me: HUh? kenapa?

Yah mesti tambah Rm5.
Me: HUh??? Kan, signboard kata RM3 selepas 6pm???

Yah..tapi, kita akan charge.. 7 ringgit untuk malam. 
Me: Huh? Bukan RM3?

Bukan Rm 3 untuk 2 jam saja.. ( freaking liar )
Me: Then..kenapa signboard kata - Rm3?

...er..r..eerrr..Ini, management lain... lepas 2 jam kita charge lagi.
Me: HUH??? management lain . Siapa management ???

Aggitated, didn't like my questions... getting rude..

Ahhh...bila malam ..tukar jadi tougeh lain.. 
Me: Oh Yah? taugeh lain?  MAHaLLLLL- nyaaaaa.?
        So kalau I come back b4 11pm?

Oh Rm7... Ya macam tu.. ( he thought I was gonna give in)

Me: Macam ini, tak nak park sinila- mahalnya...

Walk back to my car. He looked surprised & Disappointed...

Ahhh... tak apalah!! 

Yeah.. think you can CON me for extra pocket $$ ... what an idiot!
I wonder how many people he has conned and got away with it.

Is BIT INFRA (M) Sdn Bhd Management aware of the staff they are hiring ?
More interestingly.. Do they know that their car park is not theirs after 8pm nightly ???
Change Taukeh apparently? 

Lets says, if parking was really RM7 after 6pm, then shouldn't the management do something about the false & misleading rates displayed ? I can't find their contact on the website, but I hope Bit Infra will look into this matter if they ever read this.

I end up parking in Amcorp's basement that was only RM2 per-entry. 
Cheaper & safer people .

So be warned guys. Next time, that freaking dishonest parking attendant thinks he can CON you into that BULLSh** , show him the two SIGNBOARDs outside the parking lot and ask him " U taukeh ya ?"

BOYCOTT : DAORAE KOTA DAMANSARA


Dear Blog , long time no entry .. Guess who got lucky last night!

Being quite a fan of Korean food, I would say I've tried a few in Klang Valley already, including the Daorae Franchise. So far the Hartamas branch is the best and Subang is not too bad. My friend who has gone to the Penang's branch said they were great.
By that, we meant not just the food, but the service as well .

24 March 2012. Late dinner. Arrived at Daorae Kota Damansara.

9.20pm - Enter restaurant, full house. There was 3 grps of people ahead of us in a queue from the counter.

No one bothered to welcome or acknowledged us, so we joined the queue. Lady Boss stood at counter, never onced looked up, eventhough there was a queue around her counter. One family infront of us left, as they got fed-up.

9.40pm - Lady boss said we need to take a number, eventhough it was very clear, as people lined up in the order as they come in. But we took a number anyways.

9.50pm - Came to our turn, waiter is still asked: who came 1st?  when it was OBVIOUS that we have been standing infront of the counter for half an hr with our numbers. Especially when they have been walking pass us during that whole time. I put up my number, but he still went to a bigger crowd behind us, asking if they came 1st instead ? They all shook their head. 


Long queue from counter, but manager fails to acknowledge. 

9.51- 9.55pm- Still no menu in sight. Have to ask for one. One waitor told us - Wait. Need to set table 1st.  Huh? Was that more important than taking orders? Took them forever to take orders as they were rushing around shouting. They could tell I was annoyed, but they were not bothered, waitor rudely sets cutleries on table with a clash. 


Guest from individul rooms were popping their heads out asking where their food was. Guess they too were pretty annoyed.

10.15pm- BBQ meat finally arrived. Marinated chicken was not so fresh. 

No tea was served untill we requsted a few times. 

10.50pm - They gave us WATER on my 2nd cup when we requested for tea. There was also no complimentary fruits as well,  as they couldn't be bothered to pass it out anymore.
Water is given after requesting for TEA.





Bill was about Rm90 for 2 person. Service charge came up to around Rm8++.  What a price to pay for this RUBBISH SERVICE!  


It Boils down to BAD Management & training. 


Guess if your business is Good, Who needs Customers Service ?! 

I should have left, like the family infront of us when we could at 9.30pm.

What a SHAME .. or in KOREAN terms :  
부끄러운  ~ boo ggeu lub da !!!


I will NEVER return.
