BILLION Photo S/B , Times Square

Next Up :

Billion Photo @ Berjaya Times Square, G-45, Ground Floor.Kuala Lumpur.

They may have a few branches, but this is located at TS.

Personal experience. Went looking for a lense for my camera, was just browsing and price sourcing. This Chinese Uncle ( perhaps the owner) asked what I was looking for. Told him my lense choice. Took the box , check the model . He gave me a price. ( it was way too high )

I said - Ok ..Thanks , will think about it.  and was about to walk out.
He rudely went - " NO.. DON'T go Ask and say you'll think about it!
Tell me what is your price..!! ?

I turned around and ask him " What is your Best price?"
Sales guy : NO, you tell me YOUR price!!
My price is within RM500.
He typed out onto the calculator : RM866
Well... Its too high, I can get it lower else where.
Where? Where?
Online..
Sales guy : Ello ? we dun have to PAY rent ahh? People sell you cheap cheap online cause they don't have to pay rent.
Well that's my budget and you asked me for my Price..  this is my price ...firmly
Rudely fr him : I'm sorry this kind of business I CANNOT Do!!

While saying that, he threw the lense box back into the shelf Threw.. Not letak ok.

I smiled and replied " That's ok. Thank U." and walked out.

It is my Perogative as a consumer to look for my best suited price . If I can get it elsewhere cheaper, It is my Consumer Rights. Obviously he lack that in mentality.

Just a note guys... I eventually found my lense at RM400 at Low Yatt ground floor..
Very friendly fella as well and even threw in an air squeezer for cleaning.
Is it worth looking around or what ?

As for that Billion shop, lack of courtesy & customer service.
It will be a BILLION Yrs b4 I ever step foot into tht place or reconmmend to any1.

Its a good question & I've been trying to figure it out as well.. Cos I dunno how we can open a blog for public to share and prevent spam at the same time.

The best way I thought so far is to write in your whole experience to my email and I can post it on this site? If u wanna stay annoymous u can or I can tell fellow readers..its from Mr/ Ms. soso's experience if u r OK with it!
